Security & Bag Policies

Security Checkpoints: Every person entering the event will go through a security checkpoint, which will include metal detectors and bag checks. We want to make sure everyone is safe, and this is one of the steps we’re taking to ensure that.
- Weapons Prohibited: No weapons of any kind, including guns, knives (utility knives included), or any sharp objects.
- Sharp Items: Sharp objects such as scissors are not permitted; however, child-safe scissors are allowed.
- Bag Inspections: All bags will be subject to inspection. NO BAGS SHOULD BE LEFT WITH ATHLETES, BAGS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE WARMUP AREA. STAFF MAY CARRY IN 1 BAG.
- NO water bottles - water stations are available in the warmup area and backstage area.
- Strollers & Wagons: For efficiency and safety strollers and wagons may slow down the security process and are strongly discouraged.
- Food & Beverages: Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
- Increased Police Presence: We’ve partnered with local law enforcement to have more police at our events, adding an extra layer of security and peace of mind for everyone.
- Dissmissal: To keep athletes safe and dissmissal organized, we ask that only one parent/guardian enter the dismissal area for pickup.

NO PETS are permitted. To ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees, pets and non-service animals are not permitted inside the facility during this private event.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and applicable regulations in Indiana, trained service animals assisting a person with a disability are welcome. Definition of a Service Animal : A service animal is defined as a dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, comfort animals, do not qualify as service animals under ADA guidelines
